What format are the photos in? All PHOTOGIG photos should be submitted in JPG format. Optimum file size is 1.5 to 2MB. This is standard for most of our clients. If you have a great shot in some other wacky format and you don't know how to convert it, contact us here: http://www.photogig.us/support.php
Do you add photos on a regular basis? Yes. We add photos as often as they are taken or submitted by our registered photographers. Click on "Newest Photos" to see the latest photos that we have posted.
Do you offer refunds? Once your purchase is made we can not offer a refund. The reason for this policy is because we offer a digital product, as such, there is no way for our products to be returned. On a rare occasion we will make exceptions on a case by case basis at our discretion.
Are there any restrictions on my use of the PHOTOGIG photos that I download? Yes. While PHOTOGIG offers great freedoms and a wide range of uses, we do not allow the redistribution of our photos, or allow the use of our photos within products that are mass distributed in any type of archive format.
If I purchase a subscription are there any other fees I will encounter when downloading from the site? We don't currently offer subsciption based downloads. All downloads are on a, by download licensing contract.
Is account sharing allowed? No, sharing an account is no different than distributing our materials to others. Individual accounts must be set up by your friends and colleagues.
How do I sell my photos through PHOTOGIG ? Simple ! Sign up and Register for a FREE account to upload and start selling your images.
I bought a subscription, but it says I'm not activated, what do I do? We are not currently allowing subscription based accounts.
